The Statehouse of Massachusetts is gearing up to host bills on various issues related to early education as well as kindergarten education for a public hearing. In a list of bills which reaches about 30, inclusive of bills which might even lay down a way for universal pre kindergarten in the state of Massachusetts. These bills are set to go for the public hearing on the morning of July 2nd in presence of the Education Committee of the Legislature.
There is another bill which aims to facilitate the inauguration of a grant program to assist the educational institutions in improving the programmes which they provide in elementary schools. Another is focussed on creation of a task force to impart information regarding child development to the parents. There are bills surrounding penning down the regulations under which the Department of Early Education and Care makes decisions regarding providing the license to pair and nanny agencies.
There is also a bill to aimed to facilitate pre kindergarten education for the four year olds of the state in its “gateway communities”. The hearing for the list of bills regarding these issues on early education and kindergarten are scheduled to be held on Tuesday at 10 AM.
